Goal Setting is very important so there are many tools to help, some of them being SWOT and SMART. SWOT means Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threat and is often drawn in a table whilst SMART is Specific, Measurable, Achievable/Attainable, Relevant/Realistic, and Time Bound. These are used to motivate and give direction to show when your goal has been reached.
